Very good service and great guidance from Michelle to find a great house for us. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
Worst experience I've had in a long time. First, they got their management license removed while my place was in their care. Their YTD statements are not accurate. The tenant in my place had to reach out to me several times because they didn't handle payments right, or wouldn't fix time sensitive issues within weeks (also wouldn't answer anyone). They're still taking money from my deposit every month even though it should have been terminated as of November' 24, we're now in March'25. Our contract says they cannot. Nobody wi... read more
I have been using Rent it furnished since 2016 for my three properties in Vancouver and Toronto. Chase Carharte recently joined with RIF in Toronto office. I am surprised with his excellent commitment and communication with me. He picks up my call during weekends and evenings and whenever I call with any inquiries, he is there for me. Very professional.
