Very surprised that this company had so many bad reviews, I've been renting a property managed by them for 3yrs, they are quick to respond to any type of maintenance request, and completed in a timely manner, only issue a handyguy didn't finish the esthetics, after patching up some water repair

The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they respond and if it something serious like mold or mice they send somebody. But I have been renting one of their properties for a little over a year and first of all, they allowed the landlord to keep the house in terrible conditions. As the months went by, a lot of things started to come up, things that clearly indicated lack of attention and maintenance. Terrible management company. They hire cheap contractors who don’t do their work entirely, then they attempt to charge for problems and say it’s tenant neglect. Had a leaky ceiling since I moved in and it has re-occurred for over 11yrs. Maintenance manager/Jesus does not respect tenants and act like he owns the company and he’s paying peoples’ rent.
