I went to the front desk today, January 1st 2025 at 8pm to kindly request to the woman named WEBIT ASEFA, who works at the front desk to print 10 pages for me in color. I pay for the parking but every Friday and Saturday night no where to park because I came late from work last ti.e I park when everyone park when no parking but they towed my car car and I have to pay $195 with no reason I emailed them but no one responded to me at all, baaaad experience.
