I’m in business myself & it hurts me to leave such a negative review. Absolutely the WORST lease I’ve ever been in. The communication is absolutely horrible. Literally take days, sometimes weeks to reply. The maintenance crew is absolutely horrible as well.
April and all the rent depot staff deserve a raise and more! April was amazing throughout the whole moving process! Answered all our questions and was very patient with us, even after getting approved and moving in the company has continued to go above and beyond! I’ll definitely be staying with Rent Depot
Wonderful company that handles repairs in a timely manner. Very professional and polite. Rented from them for 2 years with no issues.
The environment is very peaceful and clean neighbors around my place are very kind and respectful I have not had any issues with them .. the kids play together and have fun I’m like next to all the stores so I love it here honestly and the maintenance here are very good on getting things done so as you request things going wrong in your place ..
