Slum lords. Take shortcuts on maintenance.
They're improving, but with current prices and how the economy is I feel as if some of their properties are a bit high not all, but some. Maintenance crews are getting a lot better as well and are very informative and don't half ass their work. In short if you can afford Rent Depot I'd recommend them for the most part. Been with them for going on 3-4 years.
