The new Rent Depot staff are amazing!!! So many improvements and involvement I’m totally amazed. The daily interactions with the personnel on grounds are positive and enjoyable. These people really care! Best property managers I’ve ever had and I’ve been everywhere in 22 years military! Kudos Rent Depot!!!!
A friend had a bad raccoon problem for over 4 months. They were tearing up the insulation, ripping at light fixtures and wiring. She contacted Rent Depot multiple times with pictures and videos. They sent a maintenance guy out a couple times, caught some and then dumped them somewhere. They returned and got back into the attic because the hole was never patched.
