It is quite the challenge to get a hold of someone when it comes time to renew (I've sent 3 separate messages on 3 separate days and....nothing). Emails are not responded to when submitted via "Contact Us" button on the Dashboard. There is no number to listed on the Dashboard to call and get a hold of someone. Why is there no place for me to submit payment via credit card?
