Too many people. No observance of Covid rules.
We had a great time on the granny pontoon. It was clean, worked flawlessly, and the trip was relaxing. Every detail was attended to, and my 15-year-old son got to do some driving, under the watchful eye of the captain we hired. It was just the experience we had hoped it would be.
I just got back from Chicago and rented Vernon‘s Red Baron yacht for my 30th birthday party and we had a great time! Vernon was friendly and a great communicator, which made the whole process which made it easy. He went above my expectation and helped me find a last-minute captain for me when the captain I had selected needed to cancel. The Yacht was in good condition and had a great speaker and bathroom onboard. We were able to bring our food and drinks on the boat which made it fun and relaxing. OMG ! VERNON WAS SUPER AWESOME AND MADE MY FIRST EXPERIENCE GREAT! HE TAUGHT ME ON BOTH PONTOON BOATS AND WAS VERY PATIENCE WITH ME. HE ENTRUSTED IN ME TO DRIVE HIS BOAT AND IT WAS AN GREAT EXPERIENCE! THAKS AGAIN SIR, CANT WAIT TO COME BACK ! BOOK NOW YALL!
I had a great time. Vernon made sure we all were putting safety first. The pontoon boat was good, got us around at a decent clip. Its better suited for river travel than navigating the lake, even behind the breakwater. There issues with working the stereo, the audio was quite low. The floating chairs were quite weathered and need to be replaced. The life vests are due for a power wash or heavy cleaning as well. All in all we appreciated the rental, and Vernon's accommodating our requests. It wasn't flawless hence the 4 stars
This was such a great experience thank you so much Vernon for making the process rental really easy I can honestly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great time just like me and my friend did specially fireworks at night is perfect.
