Eddie was professional, she was detail oriented, she told us what was going to happen each step of the way period .she advocated for us and got us into a home. With not a lot of issues. We are so grateful for her as she is personable, and real, such a great person to work with. She knows her job and is very no-nonsense. Which I think sometimes may take. people aback. Thank you, Eddie, for taking your time to get us into a home that was perfect for us. You are a Gem.
I needed help finding a rental to stay in while working in CO. I contacted Eddie after finding a few of her listings. She was very responsive and helped me find the perfect spot. The process was easy and the FRBO staff has been very accommodating. I had a great experience.
Eddie misled us about the application process for a rental. She said we had to apply through her property management company and not through Zillow for a rental in Highlands Ranch. Turns out, the owners ended up reviewing applications through Zillow and we were put at a disadvantage because of Eddie and she refused to refund us our application fee. I would not recommend working with her or anyone at FRBO property management.
Horribly run company. They are in the business of screwing over the Tennant's. We gave more than 30days notice on moving out by January 31st. They continued to take rent out of our account tall the way up until March. And refuse to return it. They dropped the ball on not getting a new tenant in there and have told us it is our fault and we are liable to pay. Horrible horrible people.
Eddie has gone out of her way to accommodate us in our Apartment search. She is pleasant to work with and is very responsive to our needs.
