They gave us the WRONG pickup location, of which we were not informed until minutes before departure so, despite stressful frenzied scrambling to contact everyone and tell them to drive someplace else, several people were not able to make it, as the boat was not allowed to wait at the marina more than a few minutes past scheduled launch. When I asked if I could speak to someone about this error, I got; "What do you mean? Speak about what?!" which felt dismissive.
