I would not recommend this boat company. At first, they seemed professional, but once we were out on the water, a severe thunderstorm rolled in with heavy rain, lightning, and thunder. We immediately called to say we felt unsafe, but were told to “speak to the captain.” The captain, however, just stared at us blankly as if he didn’t understand English and offered no guidance or reassurance.
