Marsh Property Management (MPM) has handled our rental house for a year. I can sincerely say it has been a wonderful stress free experience. Any issues that arose were resolved on a timely basis and to the tenant’s satisfaction. Usually, we don’t even have to communicate with the MPM agent on issues. We have rented from Marsh Property Management for almost a year now. Since that time, we have had a wonderful experience after moving in. We had a small leak, and they not only fixed the leak but replaced an entire section of the ceiling. They did this without interrupting our daily schedule and completed it faster than I've ever seen.
