Horrible Customer Service – The manager Marissa lack complete customer friendly service and it more of a problem than a help. They only care to make money and rent. As soon as the equipment is returned your customer service is no longer valued. Very unpleasant to do business with and completely unprofessional.
Rent All of Tampa – I would not reccommend renting from this company ever! We had a company function and the chairs had mold and dirt all over them, two of the chairs were broken, the tables were so old and falling apart, its a good thing we had tablecoths to cover them. The wood was so old on the tables it was chipped and someone even got splinters trying to put the tables up. The company gave a small discount 25% off the total order for the problems but not enough that I feel they are concerned about their customers. The c... read more
