I seriously can't believe the audacity of the Ownership of this Location. If I could give 0-stars I would gladly. After being mislead by the employees at the location the Owner decided to approve a Refund for a Reservation made by mistake and never picked up. Owner is aware my partner is currently awaiting those funds as they are directly affecting him getting his mother to her chemo-treatments. Yet the owner is now dragging my their feet with no urgency.
