This rental location should NOT be identified as a rental car company for an international airport. After spending 12 hours flying and connecting flights to get to SEATAC, I was told to walk 15 minutes to their rental car location. Really?? They offer no shuttle to the airport and reqiure rental cars to be returned between 9am and 6pm. The Employees have no uniforms or name tags and the company has rental contract verbage that is questionable at best. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Rent a wreck is a great alternative to the sometimes roving prices of car rentals especially airport. Azar. A great friendly helpful guy. Him and family true professional an friendly. Cars oldersome c laws that can be overlooked. I recommend to anyone. Great job guys. Sincerity Phil lemay
Bring your own lug nuts? Two lug nuts on a front wheel?? No jack or tire tools in the trunk?? Sounds like a plan! How do these jerks stay in business? The "junk yard dog" who answers the phone claims he has no cars available, and claims he's all booked up. Apparently, that's because the one or two that start are out on the road?? I cannot justify higher than 3 stars because they charge a huge card fee and they did come with a hassle; however, they resolved the hassle. It was just not timely. So, I rate them okay and I would consider doing business here again. The down sides: They charge $150 deposit which you may have to stay aggressively on top of in order to get returned within a month. (Their policy says 21 days.) I used Premier Transportation several years ago as transportation for our wedding. I work at Amplatz Children's Hospital, and was looking for a limo to transport our Sibshops group (support group for children with siblings who have serious illness).
