My son's car was in an accident and the police called Chrin's for the tow around 7:00 pm Friday Evening. We requested a tow to our own body repair shop but they said had to go to their place a few miles away. Shop was closed SAT and SUN. My wife called them Monday morning to have it moved. Was told their charges were $300 which include 4-days (Fri, SAT, SUN and Mon.) of storage at $35/day- the allowed MAXIMUM of their city contract. I wanted to bring my car in for a simple procedure. When I talked to the desk person, he acted rather belligerent and told me I'd have to come back later in the day. I never went back because I think that as a potential customer I should be treated respectfully and not like an annoyance. If they would have been polite and told me that they were super busy instead of acting like I was bothering them, I would have come back. Instead, I went elsewhere.
