My son's car was in an accident and the police called Chrin's for the tow around 7:00 pm Friday Evening. I wanted to bring my car in for a simple procedure. When I talked to the desk person, he acted rather belligerent and told me I'd have to come back later in the day. I never went back because I think that as a potential customer I should be treated respectfully and not like an annoyance.
