If I could give them a ZERO I would. HORRIBLE customer service. My husband & I were STRANDED on the interstate in Louisiana w/a flat b/c these incompetent individuals failed to give us a key to change a flat. Called to inform them we didn’t have the key and all we received was a “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” Had to file an insurance claim and pay a tow (unnecessary money spent) ALL b/c they failed to give us a key. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don’t even waste your time with these people. But I’m pretty sure they won’t FAIL... read more
Worst customer in this hemisphere....a big joke 00
Customer service was great when they wanted me to buy the wheels and tires. The wheels and tires I picked out were not cheap. I've never missed a payment, better yet I pay more than my minimum every week. Still doesn't stop rent a wheel from taking money out of my account just AFTER I make a payment. We agreed that I didn't have to make the following payment since they charged my account without reason, sure enough my account is charged for my payment the very next evening.
