I bought tires from this store and I scheduled an appointment today at 2:30to have tires balanced a d rotated. The manager Miguel told me they were behind and it would take a bit. I said I would wait. Meanwhile more customers arrived. 1 hr 30 minutes later I am still waiting and then I notice that they put a car in before my truck. they got there after me. Had the best experience today very well worth the wait and drive ... staff was very friendly and hospitable. Staff kept us informed on progress of installs ahead of us. Miguel and Rob work super hard to get us in and out. Love this place and will tell all my friend and family to come see these guys!!!!!!
