The manager at this store is VERY rude yelled at me the WHOLE time I talked to him very BAD customer service would not answer simple questions I had for him I do not suggest this company if you want rims. To talk to a paying customer in that manner during a Pandemic when they have fair questions about their account is sad. This will be 1st & last purchase.

Took my car to Rent A Wheel today 6/6/2020 and they got my ride looking nice they really know there rims and what looks and go best for each car the we’re very knowledgeable on there worm they don’t just sell you anything they sell what they know in in love with my brand new rims and tires great selection great prices great and affordable payment options... I would recommend this place to each and every person I know great customer service and friendly and fast... you have earned a customer for life....

I would highly recommend this place specially Mr. Marcus B the manager. I recently purchased four rims and wheels from here and literally a week after paying them off, a metal in the highway 🛣 went under my vehicle and cracked my wheel and rim. I was so overwhelmed and worried that I wouldn’t be able to fix it. I headed over to rent a wheel and spoke to Mr. Marcus I have been to a lot places where people preach about customer service but he actually practices it.
