Sorriest place to ever purchase from...they have done nothing but call and harass their customers they came just this morning to pick up their wheels...sent someone who didn't even know what he was doing and told me I can't guarantee that I can do it right and tighten them tight enough I told him not to touch my car until it was done right because I don't want my husband my kids or I in danger and then he left because "it was a threat" and said that I needed to get them changed out or follow him to midland to get them change... read more
They have VERY POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. My aunt called back because they were looking for my cousin who has an account there. Some lowlife named "Mark" attempted to go off saying that no one called and that she was being rude. I was with her when she made the call amd she did not sound rude. Please train your so called employees some common courtesy and decency or hire humans that know how to treat paying customers.
The only thing they are good for is i blew out my tire and they fixed the rim and tire. When it comes to payments they suck. One time they pull it on Friday the next on Saturday. Then sometimes they don't pull it at all and call and wonder where your payment is. Then I did the 120 same as cash and paid my tires off on 7/22 and I went to buy groceries and tried my card was declined why cause they took out another payment without my authorization.
