The staff there is not trained at all correctly. They dont even speak English there. I kept asking for information and she kept saying to call back tomorrow or Monday for information when the manager comes back. This place just seems getting worse every day. I keep calling and no one answers my calls.

I normally dont do reviews but after not getting any help from the staff especially the manager thats never there. My husband paid for a new set of tires and rims last weekend Friday. They told them they had everything when they never even ordered our tires. Then he takes the day off from work when he usually can't and he spends all day just for the staff to tell him to go to the south location to get them installed becouse they dont have anyone to install tires there. I had an issue in Laredo with my tire. Stopped by the store and spoke to Sal, he was happy to help. He fixed my problem and did not even charge me. Great place
