I love this place. Everytime they are all so friendly and helping. They go over everything and explain in detail so you are not left wondering. I'll be back and definitely refer them to all and any that are in need of times or tires.. thank you too all the staff... Keep being amazing

The customer service at this location is second to none... Knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced is how I'd describe the staff... Come on down to Rent-A-Wheel on Mansfield rd and let staff pamper your ride... I promise you'll love the experience...

I brought five cars up there to get tires and rims and the employee lied and said we was trying to fight her, when she has had it out for me for almost a year. Who would bring people up there to give ALL their info....(addy, ss#, references, and copy of license and registration) if they was trying to fight. You would really be dumb. I advise no one to go her unless you want some backyard deals. Yes I have seen plenty of under handed stuff at this place. Tried using this shop, order my wheels and tires online. Went in and filled out application. Never got a call back called a week later and they said the wheels were out of stock and gave me another set I said ok go ahead and order and when they come in they will let me know. 4 weeks later and still no response and nobody answers the phone. Would give you 0 stars if I could.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had to deal with. I decided I was going to surprise my boyfriend with a new set of wheels for his truck and since he had previously stopped in to ask if the particular type of wheels he wanted could be ordered and was told yes I knew as long as I had all the information and a picture of the wheels I could do this (I'm not very good at this sorta thing). Service sucks. My husband had to mount his own tires and he is not even an employee and they told him they would discount him for doing their job and now they have amnesia...
