I live near the Chandler location on Arizona Ave. and this place is terrible. There are constantly customer booming loud music and revving engines here. I understand that this is an upgrade shop and people want to show off, but letting customers do burnouts in your parking lot is too much. Have some decency and respect for your neighbors.
Charged my card twice in one day saying the first declined but the second went through but yet it pulled both payments out. Called them and he told me what happened and said it would go back in a couple hours. Called them back again before they closed and said it would be in my account at the end of the day. Next day and nothing. The only good thing about this company is the wheels other than that the customer service sucks!
