the customer service is excellent they took care of us and treated us like royalty.. I highly recommend rent a wheel for all your vehicle needs
Filled out all the paperwork and was a 20% down payment and once ready to get the deal going the manager decided to raise it to 50% down payment and didn’t give a reason so 50% of finance tires is pretty much a few hundred away from buying them cash it being December figured it would help out but it’s like they didn’t want the business this is at the Port location in Corpus Christi TX.
Horrible service. The employees are extremely rude. We had customer service issues over the phone and in the store. We ordered a set of rims and didn't hear anything for nearly a week, they claim the rims were misdelivered. Then they said they couldn't track them and didn't know where they were. Bought 2 sets from the Ayers location before they closed and never had any issues there. We got our money back after waiting in the store for near an hour and being ignored the whole time.
