I ve used them for a little over a year now and have had nothing but great and friendly customer service. I got on here to find the phone number and was in awe when I saw the negative review posted for this place. There is no way on earth that the sweet lady that runs it would ever talk to a potential customer like this. I felt the need to defend her and this business from what was probably an ex-employee or a non-paying customer that recieved an auction notice.
HORRIBLE!!! AWFUL!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORAGE UNIT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I called on a weekend to get some information on the rates, storage space etc., the lady who answered the phone was ABSOLUTELY RUDE!, she said I can come in on monday and when I asked her what times are they open the lady said: "EXCUSE ME?" and hung up on me!!. I called back thinking maybe the bad weather had dropped my call, (It was raining that day), and the lady answered the phone and said: "What is your name, and why are you bugging me on my da... read more
