The office please don't let here leave block here leave she is really really really NICE ULL never HAVE anyone Like that SHE MAKES ME feeL SAFE THERE you better watch your storage cause somebody might try to break into mine and I called the office. They and they act like they didn’t give a crap so you better watch your stuff cause they act like they don’t give a shit.

I have rented a unit at this facility for some time. Recently, the current staff began threatening to cut my lock and add extra fees before the legal deadline, despite my intent to pay the past-due balance on time. Under the Virginia Self-Service Storage Act, these pre-deadline fees are not required, and I have documented my communication.
