Nice units. Very well maintained with easy access. Customer service was great.
I have rented a unit at this facility for some time. Recently, the current staff began threatening to cut my lock and add extra fees before the legal deadline, despite my intent to pay the past-due balance on time. Under the Virginia Self-Service Storage Act, these pre-deadline fees are not required, and I have documented my communication. I needed a spot for my camper, called Rent a Space and was quickly set up w a spot. On arriving a week or so later, my spot was available and easily accessible. I was thrilled with the efficiency and professionalism. Hopefully another spot will be available when I next need storage!
