The rental process was super easy and smooth. I ran into a problem with my gate code not working, but I just called up a really nice rep who gave me a temporary code that did the trick. The next morning, the manager reached out to check if everything was sorted, and my original code worked like a charm. Honestly, any hiccups were handled really well, and the whole experience was better than I expected.
