Increased rate by 17% out of nowhere. Never received a notification. Been here two years paying the contract amount, and suddenly, the rate jumps by $45. We have always been kind to them when they caused issues with billing or the facility because we thought we were dealing with honest people. We were wrong. The guy blamed inflation and said there's nothing he can do. No resolution prepared, nothing. Just "it is what it is." Didn't improve the storage facility. The door won't even open properly.
