I have been renting a shop here for several years. The maintenance is consistently excellent. The management is attentive, and there is always good security with a manager living on-site.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE: We've been trying for 13 days to make a payment on our unit. The new guy they have is terrible, he's never in the office, and when he is, he is rude and argues with you. A few weeks ago, I asked if he could move his vehicle from being parked in front of N, so I could access my unit to bring stuff in, and he got pissed about it and refused stating it was his personal vehicle and he didn't have to.
