Rent A Place Florida was the first company who did not rip me off. I hired a management company before and could not even pick my own tenants. Rent a Place Florida let me choose the tenants and they gave me really good ones who are paying the rent early and great. I only had to pay one fee to Rent a Place once and it is a no stress operation.
Great experience. Provided great tenants. Reasonable fee. More reasonable than any other company. Saved me time, money and stress. In one week had new tenants. Did the whole process including showing, screening, gave me the information and I selected the tenants and did the lease.
I was looking for a rental property in winter park. I called the office and lisa promptly called me back. She told me that she needed to qualify me to show the property. The landlord had requirements to rent his property The income requirements were that I earn at least 3 times the rent and had good credit and some other qualifications. Excellent tenant placement company. Lisa & Jack found me great tenants in record time and the low fee was very reasonable for what they did. I did not have to show my property to tenants who do not show up or deal with trying to screen them and make sure they were good tenants. They do it all. Recommend this company.
