I would never go nowhere. I went through hell in my first apartment but RENT A HOME was a blessing. they are understanding, they care about the tenants and they dont play around when it comes to the property. Highly recommended
I absolutely love this place! This is the place to go if you want to rent a beautiful apartment or house. The entire staff is absolutely exceptional and oh so nice! If I ever had to run again this would definitely be the place I would go! I absolutely love rent a home of the Triad!!
RENTERS BEWARE! My wife and I rented at the Windburn Court Apartments on Tate Street for 2 years. Our time there marked by ineptitude and negligence from Rent-A-Home of the Triad. Within the first couple months of our tenancy we had to service the toilet, the bathtub drain, and the hot water. During rainstorms our kitchen would FLOOD from under the door; Rent-A-Home never repaired the door. The unit above us leaked so much water into our ceiling that the apartment became filled with MOLD. My experience with RAH was generally satisfactory. I was a tenant from 2023 to 2026. The property was in reasonable condition, although I felt it could have benefited from some updates given the rental price, which I understand is at the owner's discretion. I was supposed to tour an apartment with Michelle. I shopped up to the property and she was not there. I waited 15 minutes outside with my son. They never gave me any contact information for the person who was supposed to be showing me the apartment and I wasted money getting to and from the apartment. Unprofessional and a waste of time!
