Please do NOT rent here, especially if the owner of the unit offered is John Jobe. I lived in one of their units for almost four years and was constantly being harassed by my neighbor. Despite detailed documentation and multiple police reports (from me and other tenants!) the owner + management did nothing! Very shady company that will collect hundreds of dollars in application fees while intentionally ignoring email and text communications about properties and/or applications.
Rent A Home is awesome! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! If I had to rent again or have my property managed I would only call Rent A Home!
