This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. The only reason we are still choosing to live in our home is because we have a relationship with the owner of the home and the house is perfect for us. Every interaction with this office is a headache. Trying to get a hold of anyone is a struggle and once you do you either get excuses or an "I don't know". Your representative called me at 2 minutes to 10 am (my appointment time) and blamed your office for not seeing my appointment on her calender. She wasted my mother, my fathers, and my time and blamed you. I told her she was lying, she would have been better off saying she got held up at another appointment. I had to fill out multiple emails and reply to my text on Friday confirming I would be there, which I was 10 minutes early. She thought the easiest solution would be for us to wai 30 minutes for her.
