The most horrific rental company in town. They are unprofessional and will do and say whatever they need to in order to skirt responsibility. I have read their response claiming that they never had contact with me and it seems to me to be another attempt at faking innocence. I did call the number provided and received zero assistance.

Over the past year as we rented our condo from Rent a Home we were very pleased with the communication and service. Glen Persons was always available when we needed him. Julie in the office kept us informed when things were occurring in our building that may affect us. Although we are now renting directly from the condo owner, I would definitely use Rent a Home of Asheville again and would highly recommend them. Lucy and Ted Corwin
