He said he could do the job on the phone so I made an appointment for the estimate. I texted day before for a confirmation but no reply. The morning of, still no response. I Called him and left message waited whole day to hear back from him something,…. anything. You know, emergencies happen. But he never called me back. No response whatsoever. Bob does an excellent job and is priced very reasonably. He is thorough and takes his time to make sure the job is done right the first time. I will definitely be using Bob again.

bob did a great job tearing out and replacing my bathroom floor in my 50 year old home. he was on time and did what he said he would do at a fair price. i'm sure i'll us him again.
