Not once have I been late on a payment!! I changed my payment status to withdrawal from my checking account from my debit card and 1 payment went through PERFECT, HOWEVER next payment never even posted or was even ATTEMTED withdrew from my account AND he tried to charge me a 127.00 NSF. I asked for proof be emailed to me, from Rent a center where the check was returned NSF and they also denied me that option and told me to come in and they would talk to me about it. I want to report serious concerns about an employee named RJ Reeves, who also goes by Raymond Reeves. He is by far one of the most problematic individuals I’ve encountered in a workplace. From what I’ve observed, he appears to be using meth, which is alarming and dangerous in any professional environment. Between Texas and Oklahoma we have been patriots of Rent-A-Center for 20 plus years. It's not that we don't have the funds to go out and buy something it's nice to have that option not to go pay $3,000 to $5,000 at once for a nice living room suit or a beautiful bedroom outfit so thank you Rent-A-Center for You're amazing hospitality for my family and I. Technically I'm a past customer and ex-employee(delivery specialist) of this company so I can confidently say this place is the worst as I've had a very eye-opening perspective of both sides of the coin. This company takes advantage of low income families by constantly calling, emailing, and texting to pressure them to make payments(sometimes on the day its due) or to always be "on rent" by pretty much begging for more and more sales, even after customers have paid off previous merchandise.
