I rented a deep freezer for 1 day and the store manager, clerk, and delivery staff provided customer service that far exceeded my expectations! They were genuinely enthusiastic about helping and ensuring my experience with Rent-A-Center was one that would have me return to this location for future rental needs!
My husband owes 1 payment of $80 and they sent someone to my HOME while he was at work to threaten me to call the police and take my furniture. It was just me and my two small children home, and I don’t answer the door for anyone I don’t know. THE MAN TOLD MY NEIGHBOR he was going to call the police on ME, not my husband. All for $80!!!!! They never came to deliver but took my money in a heartbeat very disappointed i would actually like a refund at this point I no longer want to rent to buy anything from you
