Michelle is the employee who helped me with this rental agreement, she helped make my first experience with RAC the easiest and most memorable. Michelle was very knowledgeable and patient, which made it easier for me to follow as she explained the policy of my agreement to me. Not to mention, she was also able to save me money, which means a lot to me right now! I will be requesting Michelle to help me again for future rental agreements, and I will definitely be referring her to friends and family! Thank you Michelle!

We had a fantastic experience here yesterday! The young man who helped us at first was super respectful, explained everything really well and was very helpful. The store manager is an exceptional woman who truly cares about helping her community. She stayed late to make sure our paperwork was done and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
