Great Service!
We had a fantastic experience here yesterday! The young man who helped us at first was super respectful, explained everything really well and was very helpful. The store manager is an exceptional woman who truly cares about helping her community. She stayed late to make sure our paperwork was done and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
I've rented a washer and dryer for over a year now. When first brought, we had to take the doors off where it went. I asked for another one to be brought so we could put the doors back on. A year later still nothing. They even had to take screws from old dryer for theirs. Smh. Now, my dryer stops working whenever. It's been a week since I called. Today. I spoke to Carl again yesterday and he said he would get in touch with the repair people AGAIN. I will look elsewhere before renting from them again !!! And, they want a late... read more
