Kenny was very kind and helpful. He made the experience seem worthwhile, and easy.
Place went to crap, really. Refusing to rent to a current and paid customer. Especially ridiculous when it's due to nothing that would even impact them or their payments and had already been resolved. Pathetic. Returning the other item this week.
