I have used the Seymour Rent-A-Center location as an Amazon return drop-off point on three separate occasions. My first experience was disappointing. The employee working the counter, a larger gentleman with dark hair and a beard, did not greet me when I entered. He appeared to be training another employee and, while assisting me, pointed directly at the trainee and demanded that he come over so he could demonstrate the process.
