They don't listen when you want something returned they will keep scheduling you and never show up no matter how many times you've called them and made it clear you don't want the product. The lady there is uneducated and doesn't know what shes doing idk how many times I've called and got her and she is just clueless at her job. Dont buy or get anything from here because they trap you and then still want you to pay when you've said for a month now you dont want the product anymore. Smh come get your stuff

Well, let me just start with saying that Jose is the best manager that I have seen in a long time in a place. TJ is wonderful with his helpful ideas that keeps me on track and Alek is so nice on the phone And very helpful when I come into the store. And when Adrian delivered my things, he was very pleasant and helpful. I told everybody about Rent-A-Center. It’s the best place in town or anywhere. Thank you, and God bless.
