Great service reps at my store, I enjoyed their service and support
The manager ac contacts people on days they aren’t even open and very inconvenient and inconsiderate ,a worker refused to let me make a payment on the merchandise I rented that I was unaware that I was late on then ac the manager refuse to choose a day that’s convenient for me so they could pick up the merchandise and threaten to press charges 0/10 if I could give 0 stars I would I do not recommend the Hawkins location.
Ordered a ps5 Wednesday was told the motherboard was broken so they ordered a new one had to come as a first timer on Friday after I got a message saying it was ready to fill out my application with my pay stubs, leasing agreement and my id and social they had sold the PlayStation they said was ready for me Friday I called frequently through the weekend they told me Friday it should be ready Monday no word about it coming in it’s now Monday the manager I spoke to in person to give my info to told me she canceled my order so ... read more
I love my store. They work with me, understanding of my situation. Friendly, as I’m a lot of energy to deal with, they make me feel welcome despite my medical condition. Thank you team Hawkins. Merry Christmas to all the employees. And Shout out to Mr. Earl the hardest elder i have seen working. He pit together my son’s bunk bed damn near by himself! Now thats awesome.
