Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They will harass you for their own mistake. The manager is rude, childish, racist, and talks as if she has a 6th grade education. I don't know who is in charge of hiring Tabby but you really dropped the ball! The entire company is rude.. the corporate website has a complaint form for "Pissed off customers" UNBELIEVABLE!
Rent a center always makes it seem like you’re about to finish a payment then when you’re about to pay “your last payment” they say “okay but you’re gonna owe about $230 more after or we will extend it and you will have to pay everything all over again.” I was almost finished paying something and they did this to me. They wanted me to pay the whole $900 again if I didn’t pay over $200 right then and there. It’s ridiculous and it’s theft. I would recommend a new manager, honestly. Terrible customer service from the manager at the Seventh Street location. I tried to pay the employee who stopped by in cash, which I had done before, and on the phone he told me, "I want my god-damned merchandise back from you, not the money." So, I purchased a washer elsewhere the next day, with that cash.

RecommendedA late but heartfelt "Thank You" to manager Kristopher Carter for making a rough time in our lives a little better. After many calls, this store was the only one we found in Joplin who would allow the use of a TV for an afternoon. This was used for my sister's Celebration of Life. Kris also went above and beyond by having his staff pick up the television at the church after the service; one less thing for us to worry about. We appreciate your kindness so much; what an asset to RAC!!
Went in to look at furniture a few different times and they’re usually very helpful and friendly. After my experience last week, I WILL NOT BE BACK... I had to speak to some very arrogant guy that acted like I was distracting him from something else he’d rather be doing. (I think his name was Josh but I could be mistaken) EXTREMELY RUDE...
