This is organized scam network. They FORCE you to buy extra insurance for Third Party damage even if you have your own coverage at ridiculous $23 per day. The base rental rate charged also wrongly states it includes roadside, when in fact it does not. Also, the car they rented turned out to be not legal to drive in the state due to malfunctioning horn. And, it took two days of arguing to get them to replace it.

100% Scam, charged me $500 for smoking in the car, my wife and I don’t smoke… Provided pictures of cigarette burns and stains in the car, they insured I smoked because they found ash on the floor. After I proved that wrong, they insisted there was an odor. Not to mention, the car was dirty and in bad shape when we got it, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Avis will be cheaper since this place steals your deposit without proof!
Lisa the representative was extremely rude and condescending. The company rates and very misleading and post pictures of Camrys but will try to give you a Corolla and tell you that you should have ready the fine print. Extremely rude, no sense of customer service skills. I would not recommend this company and definitely use Turo.
