Worst place to free t from just worried about your money Tell you things that you wanna hear and then don’t go through with them. House wasn’t clean had to clean it. I had to do everything whenever I first moved in and maintenance with them sucks you better off just paying your own person to get it done right cause they won’t get it done right money hungry companie.
When my boyfriend (now husband) first moved in, we were immediately faced with some unpleasant surprises. There were roach eggs all over the kitchen counters, and peel-and-stick tiles were falling off the backsplash—presumably installed by the previous tenants. After dealing with bug issues for about a month, we discovered the roaches had been living behind the tiles for who knows how long. I was a tenant for over a year and I should’ve listened to the reviews before signing the lease. Throughout my time they entered the property multiple times without notice( I have cameras) They also sent their “maintenance” man to my house at 7pm with no notice. ( i never once put in a request for them to fix anything).
