I wouldn't even put an application with these people. If I would have known put in a $100 application, wasting my time for the form to tell me. Oh, I can't help you after tell me everything that I wanted to hear. Telling me that we're good, everything's good but wants us to put 3000 something dollars down. And then still pay the first month's rent. That's crazy..

Worst place to free t from just worried about your money Tell you things that you wanna hear and then don’t go through with them. House wasn’t clean had to clean it. I had to do everything whenever I first moved in and maintenance with them sucks you better off just paying your own person to get it done right cause they won’t get it done right money hungry companie.

When my boyfriend (now husband) first moved in, we were immediately faced with some unpleasant surprises. There were roach eggs all over the kitchen counters, and peel-and-stick tiles were falling off the backsplash—presumably installed by the previous tenants. After dealing with bug issues for about a month, we discovered the roaches had been living behind the tiles for who knows how long.
