When my boyfriend (now husband) first moved in, we were immediately faced with some unpleasant surprises. There were roach eggs all over the kitchen counters, and peel-and-stick tiles were falling off the backsplash—presumably installed by the previous tenants. I was a tenant for over a year and I should’ve listened to the reviews before signing the lease. Throughout my time they entered the property multiple times without notice( I have cameras) They also sent their “maintenance” man to my house at 7pm with no notice. ( i never once put in a request for them to fix anything). He proceeded to make a comment that I worked at the strip club and tried to fight my husband after he was asked to leave because it 7 at night( he tried to lie and say the city sent him) He also was carrying ... read more
Rent806 was great to us! If we had any issues they took care of them and we followed the move out procedure (standard) and didn't have any issues. We loved the house and would recommend Rent806 to others. I will say there were small things we asked for like paint and replacing a screen door handle that they did not do for us but it was things that did we could live with. They will also listen and take action if you want items fixed before move in/signing so don't be afraid to speak up.
