I was a tenant for over a year and I should’ve listened to the reviews before signing the lease. Throughout my time they entered the property multiple times without notice( I have cameras) They also sent their “maintenance” man to my house at 7pm with no notice. ( i never once put in a request for them to fix anything). Rent806 was great to us! If we had any issues they took care of them and we followed the move out procedure (standard) and didn't have any issues. We loved the house and would recommend Rent806 to others. I will say there were small things we asked for like paint and replacing a screen door handle that they did not do for us but it was things that did we could live with. They will also listen and take action if you want items fixed before move in/signing so don't be afraid to speak up.
I can't complain and this is my 32nd apt. They're friendly and easy to get a hold of. Repairs at my unit are usually done the same day, if not then definitely within 24 hrs. The payment portal makes everything a breeze. 👍 Lots of variety in rentals as they are the agent for private landlords. Good stuff.
Please do not waste your time! I was told the property was cleaned by the cleaners before picking up the keys. That was a lie, I am not sure the last time this place had seen a broom or mop or a cleaning product, which is sad for the amount of money they have you pay for deposits and rent. I was so disappointed. I was able to get out of the lease thank goodness! Save yourself the headache and time please! I was also disappointed how the attitude of their front office staff Caitlyn can treat others and change so fast.
Absolute trash. Y'all are all about saving a dollar especially on maintenance and I hope it ends up with all of your properties falling apart. A joke of a company.
