Today, my trailer was ready for pickup, and my wife and I were very excited. We had a meeting with Ivan, who was incredibly helpful. He gave us a thorough tour of the trailer, explained how everything works, and patiently answered all of our questions. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and he made sure we fully understood everything before we left. If my business continues to grow, I’ll definitely be buying another trailer—and I’ll be looking for Ivan again when I do.
