I didn't trust these guys enough to sign a lease with them. They changed the price we agreed on, didn't say a word about it, just updated the listing and the lease contract at the last minute after everything was in place. Again, they didn't tell me that the rent had changed by $300. They told me the HVAC was new when it was 16 years old. They said the house was over 600 sq ft different than it actually was. I had a good experience with this property management company. They were responsive to all maintenance requests, which were handled quickly and without hiccups. The team is always courteous and makes the rental process smooth and easy. Highly recommend for both tenants and property owners
Renters beware and owners do not let this company represent you. I brought my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest all of you leaving reviews do the same.
One of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. For months, I asked if they could lower my rent in exchange for signing a longer lease. They refused every time and gave no flexibility. After I moved out, they kept the majority of my security deposit for reasons that felt unfair. What makes it worse is that the property is still sitting vacant — and now they’ve finally lowered the rent. DO NOT RENT FROM RENT LLC – SCAM ARTISTS I put down a double deposit of $6,400 when I moved in because of my credit. After four years as an excellent tenant and leaving the house in immaculate condition, they sent me a bogus laundry list of charges and are keeping $4,100 of my deposit.
