They were great to me, they responded quick to my needs around my house. Worked with me and understood my situation. They helped me a-lot, i would recommend.
I have sent many clients to RENT. They have been very professional and my clients haven’t had any complaints. It’s nice that I can trust them with my clients.
Original Post: Absolutely the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. Rude, condescending, but the worst thing they did was take my deposit and then charge me an extra 300 dollars on top. When I received the itemized list of what they spent my deposit on, it had highly over-inflated values for supplies. I waited a while to post this because I didn't want to bother with it, but I've been thinking about it, and I would want to know if I was a prospective tenant.
