Failure to keep my water on regardless of being informed 2 weeks in advance and being ignorant about the Utah Fit Premise Act.
HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF TENANTS. Lived in a house managed by Rent LLC for just shy of 3 years. During that time I never once met the landlord as my limited maintenance requests were handled by a third party. Everything was fine until I told them I purchased a home and was going to move out. I didn't trust these guys enough to sign a lease with them. They changed the price we agreed on, didn't say a word about it, just updated the listing and the lease contract at the last minute after everything was in place. Again, they didn't tell me that the rent had changed by $300. They told me the HVAC was new when it was 16 years old. They said the house was over 600 sq ft different than it actually was. I had a good experience with this property management company. They were responsive to all maintenance requests, which were handled quickly and without hiccups. The team is always courteous and makes the rental process smooth and easy. Highly recommend for both tenants and property owners
Renters beware and owners do not let this company represent you. I brought my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest all of you leaving reviews do the same.
