One of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. For months, I asked if they could lower my rent in exchange for signing a longer lease. They refused every time and gave no flexibility. After I moved out, they kept the majority of my security deposit for reasons that felt unfair. DON'T DO IT! I found the home on Zillow and was excited because we love the AREA, so RENT don't get it twisted it has nothing to do with the ancient house that has 752 layers of paint already, bats in the attic when we moved in that you refused to do anything about, the dead trees touching power lines that of course you cut when we moved out but again could not be bothered with when I asked about them. If I could take away stars I would. I dont know if thats possible. Absolutely the worst management company ever. We went 8 months with our second bathroom becssue it was on a septic system that no one even warned us a out at all! We were being charged for sewer each month even. How does that work? Dont count on them talking to the man in the relationship of the renters the manager would only speak to my wife in order to bully her. Becasue she wouldnt push back.
