If you’re considering renting from R.E.N.T Property Management—don’t. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The management is rude, dismissive, and selectively responsive. I would often get ignored completely when reaching out for help or basic communication. They only seem to respond when it’s convenient for them, not when you actually need assistance. They were great to me, they responded quick to my needs around my house. Worked with me and understood my situation. They helped me a-lot, i would recommend.
I have sent many clients to RENT. They have been very professional and my clients haven’t had any complaints. It’s nice that I can trust them with my clients.
Original Post: Absolutely the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. Rude, condescending, but the worst thing they did was take my deposit and then charge me an extra 300 dollars on top. When I received the itemized list of what they spent my deposit on, it had highly over-inflated values for supplies.
