What can I say, thanks to Megan with Rent 1 Sale 1, we are officially first time HOMEOWNERS!!! Thank you so much for helping our family through the entire process. Megan was there for EVERYTHING! All of my late night texts and calls with questions and concerns, Megan was there. Anything she didn't have an answer for, she was sure to find an answer for. I worked with Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty during my move from out of state to Florida. I worked with Courtney, and it was such an easy, stress free (as stress free as moving can be anyways) process. Courtney was prompt with answering my questions, soothing my concerns & never made me feel like a burden. The office atmosphere was calm and friendly. When it is time for my next move, I will definitely be coming back to Rent 1 Sale 1.
Waste of my time. WORST EXPERIENCE. When you talk to them they make it seem like they are all about helping people but they are not. They do not return phone calls like they promised. I believe they pick and choose who they want to help.
At first they seemed to be helpful but the next day I called, the lady called Paula was extremely rude on the phone. I returned her call, she told me she was with another client and instead of asking me if she could call me right back, she rudely stated that if I needed help I had to drive 15 minutes to the office and sit infront of a computer to find which properties I would be interested to go see WHEN I ALREADY KNEW WHICH ONE I WANTED TO SEE!
