I had a bad experience with a realtor named Chris. He took me to see an apartment in Coral Springs, but as soon as he opened the door, roaches started scattering everywhere. I told him that I wasn't interested in the place, but he had the nerve to ask me if my current apartment had roaches. I felt like he was profiling me. If it wasn't for being in a professional setting, I would have said something.

Beware!!! This location will not answer calls. I decided to go a different route and was told by Pedrake my $1800 check would be cut next day. It's been 3 months and still waiting. I was told the owner had died. Not trying to be unsympathetic... but this is business. There is zero reasoning why a company this big cannot call their customers with updates and or an explanation. I would like a refund plus interest for holding my funds this long. My credentials are above the mark... 780 credit, savings, job.
