I purchased a 2013 Acura MDX a little over a week ago (43K miles). I had been doing research for a couple of months...already test drove similar vehicles, knew exactly what I was looking for. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them. At less than 1k I had issues with the vehicle which they refused to look at and repair. I had to go elsewhere for the issues to be taken care of. When you buy a new car with them their main selling point is 3 free oil changes, 2 tire rotations and 3 state inspections. I was very pleased at the personal attention and level of Honesty. I informed them of my needs and they showed me exactly what would meet them. They did not attempt to push me toward something else. They totally surprised me with the offer that was made on my trade in. Glen was excellent in getting me the best loan and even helping me to save money on my insurance.
The salesman was very professional, listened to what I wanted and presented me with a very attractive deal. I think both Honda and I were satisfied. I will return to Rensselaer Honda for service and future sales.
I had scheduled an annual inspection. Shannon called we scheduled a meeting to discus trading in the 2012 Honda Civic. During the inspection, we met, took a test drive, and went over details of possibly,trading in the 2012 for a 2014. By the time my 2012 was ready, I had finished all the paper work, and had scheduled,day and time for brining in the 2012, and driving away in the 2014. Thank you, as always a pleasure and stress, and hassle free service and lease agreement.
