Crappy therapists, prescribers who add 3 medications in a month while simultaneously taking you off of two you've been taking for years, and who write for the wrong variation of the medication so that the pharmacy won't fill it and I run out. Also added a pill that had interactions with another it is known, and she didn't even notice it so I ended up really sick and suffering that day because of it.
