Renshaw replaced our 40+ year old oil furnace with a new propane furnace. Jared (lead ), along with his two co-workers (Nick and Nick), was organized, informative, communicative, respectful of each other, and a problem solver for this old house with multiple gas-powered appliances and a maze for a crawl space. We highly recommend Renshaw. They also installed our on demand hot water, and inspect our AC annually.
Not sure why anyone would leave anything but a 5 star rating for these guys. They truly are "exceptional". Had to use them on 4 separate occasions and the experience just got better every time. From Rich who was as thorough as can be quarter backing everything from HQs, to the technicians Tyler, Nick and Dan being respectful consummate professionals when on site. What a great guy. Murray Renshaw is just terrific. Went on the Renshaw Report and man that guy is just phenomenal. Aaron I think his name is also came to my house and fixed the plumbing. The whole Renshaw workplace is amazing. Highly recommended.
Fellow on the phone was grossly patronizing. Almost to a hilarious degree. I hung up and burst out laughing, but this man might have really bothered someone else. I Immediately called another company, who asked the same questions without being an entire butt about it. I booked them instead. I’d recommend going elsewhere to explain your issue, there are way better folks in the same town, who were instantly much easier to work with. Maybe this guy was angry at something else, but DAYUM.
I can not say enough about Brian and his crew, highly recommend! Fast, efficient and very professional. Thank you again Brian.
