I had the same issues as some of the other posters on this site. I tried contacting the office several times, once I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone so I was forced to hang up. Another time I called and left a message for David and 2 days later I am still waiting on a call back. I have called several other times and no one answers the phone or returns calls. The reps for this company never answers their phones nor do they return messages. I don't know how they are leasing any of the properties if their customer service sucks. They got one star because I had to give them a star.
This is a property management company, yet there is no answer after 9am and the mailbox is full, so, therefore, I cannot leave a message! What kind of way is this to run a business?
