Great company to rent from! Family owned, nice people. Very responsive, fixed things in a timely manner, and the unit was priced fairly. Rented from them for 3 years and never had any issues. Also allowed me to have a dog with a modest pet fee which was a plus!
Really loved when Renowned owned our buildings. Trash was always picked up, parking lot was kept clean, and grassy areas were always kept clean and mowed. Having to call for maintenance was rare, but when needed they would usually come out the very next day for non-emergency calls. Very happy with the service.
Very responsive to issues with the rental, uses a great app that streamlines communication with ease, overall good rental with excellent neighbors
We had such a great experience leasing with Renowned Property Management! We leased with them for three years and only moved due to purchasing our own home. They were professional, prompt, helpful, and we felt very taken care of when any issues arose! I would definitely recommend renting from Renowned Property Management.
