Our personal experience with Renowned Heating & Air Conditioning, owned by Tim and Angie, was disastrous from start to finish. Their work was plagued by constant equipment failures, repeated service visits, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. We endured more time without A/C than with it. Initially, we hired Renowned to install two high-efficiency HVAC systems, but it quickly turned into a nightmare of frustration and stress.
