I came with a bad cold and a dry cough and left with allergy medicine … complete waste of time and money
I had a great experience at this urgent care location. I’ve been to many urgent cares over the years, and while I had an early morning appointment and the office wasn’t very busy, I was in and out in less than an hour. MA Eddie was excellent, and Dr. Hill listened carefully to my concerns, showing great understanding and flexibility. My fiance went here with severe stomach issues. She told the doctor her daily medications, which included an SSRI, and was prescribed Zofran. After my fiancee's condition worsened we found out that said SSRI and Zofran have an interaction that leads to Serotonin Syndrome, which can literally kill you. **Do not trust these people.**
Called to ask a question before making an appointment and the lady who answered me was extremely sarcastic and rude. I asked a straight forward question and she kept saying she doesn't know what I mean and started using medical terms for what they could do, clearly I do not work in the medical field so I wouldn't know, it just made no sense why someone working with people all day has to speak to someone like that. Very unprofessional in my opinion when I was clear on what I needed help with.
